I had leftover Honey Mustard dip one time and thought I wonder how that would taste on grilled potatoes. Well I gave it a whirl and my family loved it!
Try it with grilled Pork Tenderloin, Grill Turkey Breast or Grilled Chicken.
Serves 4
1 pound of baby red or yukon gold potatoes
1 large onion sliced thinly
1/2 cup of dijon mustard
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
4-5 whole peeled garlic cloves
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Honey to taste
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Clean potatoes well.
Cut into halves
In a large piece of foil or foil bag add the potatoes, thinly sliced onions, parsley & whole garlic cloves.
In a small bowl mix the dijon, mayonnaise, honey(to taste) and salt & pepper.
Pour the dijon honey mustard mix over the potatoes.
Seal the foil well(you may want to double wrap them to keep them from burning)
Place on a heated grill over medium heat and cook until potatoes and garlic are tender, approximately 20-30 minutes. Watch them carefully!
Serve with your favorite grilled meat.
