Makes 6 to 8 servings.

1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 pounds bay scallops, rinsed and patted dry
1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 T. onion powder
1/2 T. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. dried parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Lemon Wedges
Cocktail Sauce

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 2 quart oval casserole dish with cooking spray
Pour melted butter into a medium bowl. Add scallops; toss until well-coated.
Combine bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, minced garlic and Parmesan cheese in another medium bowl.
Roll scallops in bread crumb mixture coating well.
Place scallops in baking dish; sprinkle with remaining bread crumb mixture.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, or until scallops are firm.
Transfer to a warm tray; and spear each with a cocktail pick.
Serve with Lemon Wedges and Cocktail Sauce.
