1 lb spaghetti, cooked al dente
3/4 lb boneless sirloin steak
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium onion
1 (10.75-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
Slice the beef into thin strips. Put the olive oil in a skillet, and heat over medium heat. Add the beef and garlic, and cook until the beef is starting to brown. Add the broccoli and onion, and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the soup, water and soy sauce, and heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Serve over pasta. Serves 4
