1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cups cream sauce
1/2 cup diced lobster
1/2 cup lump crabmeat
1/2 cup diced boiled shrimp
1/2 cup diced scallops
3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Set aside and make sauce (recipe follows). When sauce is ready, add to mushroom-onion mixture. Add seafood and heat gently for 3 to 4 minutes, shaking pan. Pour in casserole and top with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 or until cheese is melted. Serves 4

Cream Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
11/2 cups hot milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in double boiler, add flour and mix. Add milk and stir with whisk over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Replace over hot water and cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
