1 pkg thin spaghetti or vermicelli, broken into 1 inch pieces, tortellini, any flavor or cheese ravioli, cooked al dente, drained
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1-2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 medium green or red bell pepper, diced
1 small cucumber or zucchini, diced
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
Croutons
Slivered parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz) bottle Italian or Caesar dressing

While pasta is cooking, mix together remaining ingredients. Toss in cooked pasta and serve. Serves 6-8
