1 tsp olive oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped onion and red or green pepper
2 celery ribs, sliced
1 tsp chili powder
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups elbow macaroni or small shell pasta

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add chicken. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned. Add onion and garlic, cook and stir 2 minutes. Add pepper, celery, chili powder, tomatoes and broth; bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Serves 4
