1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 (11-1/2 oz) can refrigerated cornbread twists
8 slices ready to serve bacon, heated as directed on pkg

Preheat oven to 375. Mix brown sugar and pepper in shallow dish; set aside.

Unroll dough. Separate into 8 long strips; press perforations together in each strip to seal. Top each dough strip with bacon slice. Add to sugar mixture; turn to evenly coat both sides.

Twist topped dough strips slightly, then place on greased baking sheet. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned.
