1 (8 oz) can ream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp grted oinon
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
Combine ingredients together and shape into a ball. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Roll in snipped parsley and in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
