1 (15 oz) can salmon, drained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 small onion, chopped finely or grated
Dash dill weed, salt, pepper and garlic powder
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce or liquid smoke, optional
Chopped parsley and pecans

Mix together first 10 ingredients. Refrigerate until firm. Mix together parsley and pecans. Form salmon mixture into a ball and roll in pecan mixture. Serve with crackers.
