4 oz smoked salmon
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt, pepper and tarragon
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp lemon juice

Finely flake smoked salmon. Blend together with remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts or parsley. Serve with crackers. Note: This freezes well.
