1 lb bow tie pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2/3 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/3 cup diced green or red bell pepper and red onion
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 cups crumbled feta cheese
While pasta is cooking, in a small bowl, whisk together the next 3 ingredients to make the dressing; set aside.
In a large bowl, add drained pasta and vegetables. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Sprinkle in the cheese, toss lightly and serve. Serves 6-8
