4 rib eye or top loin steaks, about 3/4 to 1 inch thick
2 tbsp lime juice
8 medium flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
1 cup salsa
In a dish, sprinkle steaks with half the lime juice. Turn steak over and sprinkle with remaining juice. Wrap tortillas in foil and place steaks on grill over medium heat coals. Grill, uncovered 6-8 minutes for rib eye or 10-12 minutes for top loin steaks, turning occasionally.
Place tortilla packet near edge of grid and heat 5 minutes, turning once. Top steak with equal amount of cheese and serve with salsa and tortillas. Serves 4
