2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz) pkg confectioners sugar
2 (6 oz) pkg white chocolate baking bars, melted
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Butter an 8 square pan with butter and set aside. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add melted chocolate and vanilla; stirring until blended. Stir in pecans. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Cover and chill 1 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
