1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
12 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped or a 12 oz pkg vanilla milk chips
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted

In a 3-quart saucepan, combine butter and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Add sugar and salt. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil, about 6-10 minutes. Continue boiling, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate until melted. Add marshmallows and vanilla. With a wire whisk, beat until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Pour into a buttered 9 square pan. Spoon melted milk chocolate onto fudge in pan. Pull knife through mixture to create marbled effect, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting into squares. Store in refrigerator.
