Fudge filling
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cream
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
White Chocolate Brownie
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter and sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to 325. Light butter a square baking pan. Fudge filling: Melt butter and chocolate chips. Whisk until smooth, then allow to cool. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, cream and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the melted chocolate until well blended. Set aside.
White chocolate brownies: Melt the white chocolate chips and butter the same as above. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Beat in the cream vanilla and salt until smooth. Beat in the flour until well blended. Beat in the melted chocolate and half the nuts.
Pour two thirds of this mixture in pan. Spread the fudge filling over, then spoon on remaining browning mixture. Using a knife, swirl the batters together until it looks marbled. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Bake for about 45 minutes or until tested done with a toothpick. Cut into squares.
