1 pkg (9.5 oz) frozen mini puff pastry shells
1/2 of an 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 can (6 oz) premium crabmeat, drained and picked through
1 tbsp chopped fresh or frozen chives
1/4 tsp paprika
Bake, cool and remove the top of the shells according to the package directions. Reduce the oven temperature to 350.
Stir the cream cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, crabmeat and chives. Divide the crabmeat mixture among the shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 5 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately.
