30 Mini Phyllo Shells (2 pkg)
2/3 cup cooked taco meat or refried beans
2/3 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
2/3 cup chunky salsa
1/3 cup sour cream and/or guacamole and/or chopped ripe olives
Spoon 1 tsp of taco meat or beans and 1 tsp cheese into each Mini Phyllo Shell. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Garnish with any or all of the following: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, olives. Makes 30 appetizers
