2 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp
1 cup butter, butter
1/4 cup lemon juice and light olive oil
3 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp basil, parsley, red chili pepper flakes and Worcestershire sauce

Wash shrimp and spread on a thick layer of newspapers and pat dry with paper towels.

While drying in a resealable bag, mix lemon juice, olive oil, seasonings, except basil and parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Add shrimp, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Just before grilling, melt butter and add basil and parsley. Keep warm. Grill shrimp until opaque and remove from grill and place on a warmed plate. Drizzle butter mixture over shrimp and serve immediately.
