2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar, paprika and pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 pod red pepper

Process tomatoes through a food mill. Set tomatoes aside. Saute onion in butter in a medium saucepan until tender. stir in tomatoes and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and discard garlic and red pepper pod. Serve sauce over sliced pork.
