Ready in: < 30 minutes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates garlic & onion medley seasoning

Rub oil over flesh side of fish, sprinkle evenly with Seasoning.

Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

NOTE: You can substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
