1 Cup tomato sauce
1½ Tablespoons prepared barbeque sauce
1 Tablespoon sugar
1½ pounds ground sirloin (10% fat)
6 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Dash garlic powder
(1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
(2) Combine the tomato sauce, barbeque sauce and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until bubbling and then remove from heat.
(3) Add all but 2 tablespoons of this mixture to the meat in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients - flour, salt, onion powder and ground pepper. and mix until well...
