- 1 large package (18-20 ounce size) cheese tortellini
***DRESSING***
- 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 envelope light dry Caesar Dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- salt to taste
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. In separate bowl mix together the dressing ingredients. Stir in the tortellini. Chill for several hours or overnight.
