1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp each flour, sour cream and ketchup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 lb ground beef
Ketchup for the outside of meatloaf
1/3 cup spicy V-8 juice

Mix for 5 ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth. Combine with meat and mix well. Put into a casserole dish and form into a loaf. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for about 40 minutes. Take off cover and top with ketchup. Pour V-8 around edge and bake another 40 minutes.
