It's a vegetarian healthy alternative to some of the high calorie, high fat dips we love so much.

2 cans of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
juice of one lemon
1/4 to 1/2 cup veggie broth
1-2 garlic cloves (roasted is better)
one big dollop of tahini
salt to tast

Blend in food processor, use veggie broth to consistency you want. Use for raw veggie dip or to spread on sandwiches.
