2 Sticks of Butter
1/2 Cup of Light Corn Syrup
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Pinch of Cream of Tartar
1 Tsp. of Baking Soda
20 Cups of Popped Corn(Best if Freshly Popped)
Melt butter in a 2 quart saucepan. Add sugars, syrup, and the cream of tartar. Stir till evenly mixed. Boil for five min. Remove from heat. Pour over popcorn in bowl and stir till evenly mixed. Bake at 225 for an hour, stirring and breaking apart clumps every 15 min.
