Beef Cheeseball

Ready in: 30-60 minutes
- 1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
- 1 package Buddig smoked beef slices
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- sliced almonds (optional)
Let cream cheese soften to almost room temperature. Cut beef up with a scissors into little pieces. Cut up green onions, use all of the onion from green to white. Mix everything together, excepts nuts. Form into a ball. Roll in nuts and wrap in wax paper or aluminum foil. Serve with favorite crackers.
