1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar and dry sherry
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the sesame seeds and blend well. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours, until firm.

Toast the sesame seeds at 350 oven until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Let the seeds cool and put them in a small bowl.

Form the mixture into 1-inch balls (or smaller, if you prefer) roll the balls in the sesame seeds and place on tray. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
