Yeild: 2 1/2 cups

Combine 2 cups pitted dark sweet cherries (or 1 (12 oz) package frozen dry pack cherries), 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1/4 cu honey (or 1/4 cup cherry jam) in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Dissolve 1 Tbsp. cornstarch in 1 Tbsp. water and stir into cherry mixture. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until thickened. Remove from heat.
