Any # Of Fresh Eggs!!
Place In Saucepan, (leaving room in between eggs... don't just pile 'em in there... If you need to use a larger pot.. that is fine) Cover with Water.
Place Lid on, leave a jar.
Bring JUST to the boiling point.

Place Lid on saucepan and set OFF heat.
Hold there for 15 minutes.

Rinse under cold running water. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Drain Water off and Shake Eggs in saucepan to crack shells... Place 6-8 ice cubes and water to cover eggs. Set aside 3 minutes.

Peel eggs. Shells should remove VERY easily with this method.

Deviled Eggs::
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks to bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork.

Add 2 TBSP mayonnaise for every 3 yolks and 2 TBSP pickle relish for every 3 yolks. Combine well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves and place on pretty platter. Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper, red Pepper OR Paprika!

Bobby's Favorite ADD INS are Flaked and cleaned Crab Meat and Smoked Paprika..YUMMY!
