Makes 10 mini potpies

1 can (12oz)refrigerated flaky biscuit
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 package (9oz)frozen peas & carrots
1/2 cup frozen hash browns
1/4 cup french fried onions
1 cup cooked chicken or turkey-great way to use rotisserie chicken!
1 can (10.75oz) reduced sodium condensed cream of chicken or cheddar cheese or mushroom or celery soup.
1/3 cup crushed cheddar cheese flavored crackers.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 370 degree oven.
In a large bowl add all the ingredients except the crushed cheddar cheese crackers.

Separate biscuits into 10 biscuits.
Firmly press each biscuit into 10 ungreased muffin cups.
Make sure you press it all the way up the sides leaving approximately 1/2 inch over the top edge.
Divide the filling evenly between the muffin tins.
Sprinkle the top with crushed cheese crackers.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until edges of the biscuits are gold brown and delish.
