2 ripe avocados, peeled
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 (11-oz) bag bowl-shaped corn tortilla chips
Fresh Tomato Salsa
Garnish: sour cream, fresh cilantro

In a small bowl, combine avocados, lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper; mash with a fork to combine. Cover and chill.

In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cumin, and chili powder. Spoon 1 tsp avocado mixture into each bowl shaped tortilla chip. Top with 1 tsp chicken mixture. Spoon 1 tsp Fresh Tomato Salsa over chicken. Garnish with sour cream and fresh cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes 20 minis
