Makes 4 servings.

3 1/2 lb. pork loin roast
soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. orange rind
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. curry powder
4 T. liquid honey
4 T. ketchup
2 T. vinegar

Preheat oven to 450F.
Brush pork loin with soy sauce.
Combine the dry ingredients and rub over the outside of the pork loin.
Roast in oven at 450F for 30 minutes.
Remove roast from oven and cover loosely with foil. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 250F; return roast to oven.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Use this mixture to baste meat every 15 minutes for the next 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven. Cover with foil once more and let rest 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
