1 (3 lb) pork loin
3 cloves garlic, slivered
1/2 cup Zesty Italian dressing
Grated peel and juice from 2 limes
1/2 cup orange juice

Pierce meat all over with the with the tip of a sharp knife. Insert garlic into cuts in meat. Place in a resealable bag.

Mix next 4 ingredients until well blended; pour over meat. Press out air and seal. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight; turn bag over occasionally.

Remove roast; discard marinade. Place roast in a foil-lined shallow pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Pour orange juice over meat. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing to serve. Serve with pan juices. Serves 8
