- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 dash dry mustard
Spray with cooking oil a 7\" x 11\" glass baking dish. Layer cheeses evenly in dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over top of cheeses. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes or until set.
