  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly lime juice
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and chopped (or to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon honey
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 pinch salt, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

Combine the olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, jalapeno, garlic, mustard, honey, pepper, cumin, and salt in a blender. Puree until smooth.

Add the cilantro and pulse-process for 2-3 seconds.

Use the cilantro-lime vinaigrette immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Shake well before serving.
