Ingredients

3-pints of fresh oysters
1 Tablespoon Live-a-Little mango lime
4 cup of Keebler Cracker Crushed
1 ½ cup butter Land or Lakes
2 ¼ of Borders half + half
1 teaspoon of Heinz Worcestershire Sauce
McCormick salt & peppers
Heinz Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation

Drain oysters reserving ¾ cup natural juices or combine crackers and butter and layer with oysters in a 6-cup (1.42L) microwave-safe container pour half + half cream combined with the oyster’s juice over top.
Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper to taste.
Add the mango lime, combine more crackers over top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
