Serves/Makes: 6
Ready in: 2-5 hrs

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

With whisk, beat eggs slightly. Add remainder of ingredients, but do not over beat, just enough until smooth.

Pour into well-greased custard cups. Place in freezer and freeze.

To bake, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen popovers, still in cups (as many as desired), onto foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 60 minutes.

Serve immediately.
