2 eggs beaten
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk

Beat eggs; add milk and salt. Blend flour into eggs and milk gradually. Grease muffin tins and fill 3/4 full. Put in cold oven and turn oven temperature to 450 F. Bake for 30 minutes.
