Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders

***Coating Mix***
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup plain, dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
***Chicken Tenders***
- oil, for cooking
- 12 boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
Combine the cheese, flour, breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, and parsley flakes in a shallow dish. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add just enough oil to cover the bottom. Dip the chicken tenders in the breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat on all sides. Place the tenders in the pan, in batches if needed, and cook until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let drain on paper toweling for 2 minutes before serving.
