1 13 1/2-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup finely shredded fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
3/4 tsp dried dillweed
1 clove garlic
In a food processor bowl, place the artichokes. Cover and process with several on-off turns till coarsely chopped.
Add the Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise,dillweed and garlic. Cover and process till nearly smooth. Spread in an ungreased 9-inch pie plate or 2-qt casserole. Smooth top.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or till hot.
Serve immediately with crackers/toast.
