2 Grilled chicken breast, sliced diagonally
1 Pkg. refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 Red pepper, thinly sliced
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Artichoke Pesto Topping
2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Pine nuts, lightly toasted (optional)

Instructions


Prepare tortellini as directed on package, adding the red pepper during the last minute of cooking. Drain mixture well. Place in a large bowl and add the sliced chicken and Artichoke Pesto Topping and lemon juice, stirring gently to combine. Top with toasted pine nuts, if desired, and serve.

Serves 2.
