4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1/2 cup bottled Greek dressing
1 cup jarred roasted red bell
peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
40 kalamata olives
40 grape tomatoes
40 (4-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water for 2 hours
Garnish: fresh basil leaves

1.Marinate chicken in dressing in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

2.Preheat oven to 375. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

3.Thread 2 chicken cubes, 1 roasted pepper piece, 1 olive, and 1 grape tomato onto each skewer. Place skewers on prepared baking sheet.

4.Bake skewers for 15 minutes or until chicken has cooked through. Garnish with basil leaves, if desired

Makes 40 skewers
