1 sm. can white corn, drained
1 15-oz. can black beans, drained
1 15-oz. can small pinto beans, drained
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/2 C. sugar
1/3 C. vinegar
1 pkg. tortilla chips
Directions

Combine oil, vinegar, and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil to melt the sugar. Remove from heat and cool. Combine all the veggie ingredients and pour cooled sauce over veggies. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
