Makes about 4 quarts
•1 pound pecan halves
•1 (13.7-ounce) box bite-size Cheddar cheese crackers
•1 (8-ounce) bag roasted garlic rye bagel chips
•1 (8-ounce) bag bagel chips
•4 cups corn-and-rice cereal
•4 cups butter-flavored pretzels
•1 cup butter
•1 tablespoon seasoned salt
•2 teaspoons garlic powder
•1 teaspoon onion powder
•1 teaspoon dried thyme
•1 teaspoon dried dill
•1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Preheat oven to 250. In a large roasting pan, combine pecans and next 5 ingredients.
In a small saucepan, combine butter and remaining 6 ingredients; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until butter melts. Drizzle over pecan mixture, tossing gently to coat.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, or until crisp. Let cool completely. Store in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks.
