3 cups self-rising or all-purpose flour
3 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1 can of beer

Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Lightly spray a non-stick loaf pan with cooking spray, or grease with 1 tsp of canola oil. Pour mix into pan. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool in pan for 5-10 minutes, then finish cooling on rack.
