Honey Mustard:

1 1/2 Tbs. honey
1 1/2 Tbs. yellow mustard

Combine well in a small bowl.

Sandwich:

1 8oz. french baguette bread or Chiabatta loaf cut in half lengthwise
6 oz. smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. brie, thinly sliced
1 C. trimmed watercress
1 C. Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
pinch freshly ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place bread on baking sheet. Spread honey mixture on bottom half of loaf and top with turkey and cheese. Bake for 5 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
3. Arrange watercress and apple slices onto melted cheese; sprinkle with pepper. Cover with top half of loaf and cut into 4 portions.

Serves 4. cal. 337, fat 10.7g., protein 19.4g., sodium 926mg., chol. 45mg.
