Ingredients

Blueberry Sauce:

- 2 cups (16 oz) of blueberries
- 1 cup (8 oz) of water
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Cheesecake:

- 75 grams (2.6 oz) of butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 17.5 oz of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla scent
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 4 mixed eggs

Directions:

Blueberry sauce:

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook until the blueberries melt but be aware of not melting them completely. Cool.

Cheesecake:

Preheat oven 190 C/ 375 F. Melt the butter and mix it with the bread crumbs. Press the mixture to cover the bottom of a rectangular or circular refractory and put it in the freezer. In a big bowl crush the cheese, add the sugar, the vanilla, the flour and the eggs little by little mixing with the spoon. Add the mixture to the refractory and bake for 45 minutes. Let it cool for six hours before serving. When serving add some blueberry sauce to the cheesecake and enjoy!
