2 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. baby carrots, cut into 4ths
1 c. uncooked wild rice
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 lb sweet Italian sausage cut into 1 inch pieces
2 14 oz. cans chicken broth
1 10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients in 4 qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Serves 8
