1 (3 lb) chicken, deboned and cut into small pieces with skin removed
2 lb sweet Italian sausage, sliced into pieces
8-10 small whole potatoes with skins on
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 large green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 (16 oz) can Italian plum tomatoes, with juice
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients in a Dutch oven and cook, covered, for 1 hour. Remove cover, increase temperature to 400 and cook an additional 15 minutes. Serves 8-10
