8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or pork chops
salt and pepper
1 onion, sliced
3 bell peppers, red, green and yellow, cut into strips
2 c. spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Season chicken and place in 4 - 6 qt slow cooker. Top with onions and peppers. Add spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese. If using pork chops, brown before putting in slow cooker.
Serves 8

6-8 pork chops 1 cup coke 1 cup ketchup Brown pork chops in baking dish. Mix coke and ketchup together and pour over pork chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
